Devianza On Screen: A Halloween Film Screening & Cabaret
By Devianza Cabaret
On the eve of Halloween, Devianza Cabaret invites you to a night of cult cinema and spine-tingling cabaret performances, bringing Mario Bava’s legendary 1963 anthology “I Tre Volti della Paura” (""Black Sabbath"") to the silver screen. A cornerstone of Italian horror, this gothic triptych features Boris Karloff in one of his most memorable roles, weaving together three chilling tales: a supernatural stalker haunting a lonely woman, a vampiric family curse, and a nail-biting story of a phone call from a stranger. Stylish, suspenseful, and macabre, it’s a cult classic that inspired generations of filmmakers. The film will be screened in English language.
To heighten the atmosphere, the film will be paired with immersive Burlesque and Drag performances. Expect glam ghouls, spooky acts, and campy homages to Bava’s surreal imagery. Each act will be tailored to echo the film’s haunting themes, turning the interval into a living, breathing extension of Bava’s eerie universe.
